The Beverage of Champions is an American Wheat Beer that embodies the spirit of victory in every sip. The majority of the malt bill is made up of wheat, with a touch of honey malt. Subtle hallertau hop notes, alongside hints of coriander and sweet orange peel. This brew is for winners only.

Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

Do you see what happens? Do you see what happens when you pack a crushable pale ale with Mosaic, Citra, and Strata? This is what happens patrons...this is what happens. A super crushable pale ale that has notes of papaya, citrus, and pine from the Mosaic hops, and a beautiful dank aroma from the Strata hops. You’ll likely be having more than one of these.

New Zealand Pilsner

New Zealand Pilsner - 4.9% ABV

A super crisp base with New Zealand Hops throughout including a perfect Riwaka and Rakau dry-hop thats present but not over done.

Pacific Pop

West Coast IPA - 6.8% ABV

We designed this West Coast IPA to be lighter in body and bitterness than typical for the style. A 90-minute boil of mostly Pilsen malt creates a dry, clean base that lets the hops do all the talking. Starting with a subtle Simcoe bitterness from first wort hopping that dissipates quickly. Then comes the real show: massive later additions of Strata, Mosaic, and Simcoe, delivering dank aromas of passionfruit and bubblegum with a pop of piney citrus.

Tart Blackberry Wheat

Tart/Sour Fruit Wheat Ale - 4.6 ABV

Grain consisting mostly of wheat and Vienna malts and fermented with blackberry puree. We used magnum and a touch of Belma hops with a lactic producing ale yeast to produce the tartness.

Urban Achiever

Blonde Ale - 4.8% ABV

An inner city blonde with promise but without the necessary means for a higher ABV. We are committed to sending this one to your glass with biscuity, autumnal accents, courtesy of a pinch of CaraBlond and Munich Malts. Willamette hops contribute a pleasant herbal/spicy finish.

Wataga Farmhouse Ale #2

Farmhouse Ale - 6.6% ABV

Our Wataga Farmhouse Ale with some tweaks that make it even better. The malts used are Pilsner, Wheat, Rye, and Munich. We use Saaz hops throughout and a small dose of Amarillo hops and lemon peel at flameout.

Black Cherry Gummy Bear
